Centacare supports children and young people with complex disability and related health needs under the Xavier brand. Helping families live their best lives together, we provide specialist supports including allied health therapies, short-term respite at Xavier Place, nursing, in-home support and community access. Through Xavier, we also deliver specialist behaviour support, therapy and assessment for children, young people and adults. Our services reach families, children, young people and adults across Brisbane and surrounding areas, including Ipswich and Logan.

Becca, who provides music therapy across Xavier Place, in family homes and through Xavier’s community clinics, said the songwriting project offered Keira a meaningful way to express herself.
Centacare no longer provides NDIS social and community participation or individual support services. This includes NDIS-funded support in the home and community, as well as our disability social and life-skills day hubs.
Our accommodation services have also ceased. This includes Supported Independent Living (SIL), medium and short-term accommodation, and Onsite Shared Support (OSS).
