For both people in prison and the people who love and care for them, the experience of incarceration and the process of being released can be difficult to navigate. Our Post Release Service provides support to:
- families during incarceration periods
- prisoners in the lead up to their release (within 3 months of parole) and for 12 months following
- prisoners following release from SEQ prisons, within 12 months of their release (release papers will need to be shown).
