Social and community support at Melody Street

When you attend Melody Street Social and Community Hub, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly, community-minded group of people who love to socialise and make new friends. With other clients and our caring team you will be able to design activities that are enjoyable and suited to your interests.

We’re a dementia-friendly environment, offering people with dementia a safe space to meet likeminded people and feel supported to continue doing the things they love.

We’re located in close proximity to local bus stops, or if you need assistance with accessing our centre our team can pick you up and drop you home each day through our group transport service.
