Legally Assisted Family Dispute Resolution

If you're finding it difficult to make sense of the legalities involved in separation, our Legally Assisted Mediation service can assist. You'll have a lawyer present during your session which allows you to discuss important matters relating to children and property in a legally informed way. You can attend the session with your existing lawyer, or we can help you find one. Please note both parties will need to have a lawyer present in order for the session to occur. Some afterhours appointments are available, however please note sessions at Caboolture are limited and need to be pre-booked. If meeting in-person doesn't suit, we can conduct this service over the phone or via video technology.
