We are committed to supporting families of children with high support needs and do so through Xavier, our specialist children’s disability service. We offer a range of multi-disciplinary services all designed to help children and young people with high support needs live the best lives possible with their family and in their communities. The Xavier range of services includes occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, nursing, overnight respite at Xavier Place and assistance with daily living from our specially trained support workers. Whatever your child and families needs are, we are here to help.
Xavier has been supporting families in the Brisbane area since 1949 and officially became part of the Centacare family in 2021. Our team of specialist clinicians and support workers remain committed to responding to the needs of each child and family they support.
