If you are anxious about upcoming domestic violence court proceedings or want to learn more about navigating the system, our caring practitioners are available at Hervey Bay and Maryborough's Domestic Violence Courts to assist you. We can help you understand the process and ensure you feel safe at court.

As part of our Court Support service, we can assist you with understanding, preparing and lodging a DVO application to keep you and your family safe from harm. This can be put in place temporarily while you explore further options or on a longer term basis.
