At the Mental Health Hub we are here to support you to develop and maintain your best possible social and emotional wellbeing, to understand and respond to your individual needs, and walk alongside you as you progress towards your recovery goals. Our holistic approach to care and support means you will be able to participate in non-clinical group support at the hub or in the community, access one on one support or pastoral care services.
All group-based programs are evidence-based and designed to promote positive outcomes for people living with a mental illness. Both the group-based and individual supports, can help to: increase social interaction, enhance life skills, increase community participation, foster independence and relationships, improve physical and mental health, reduce hospitalisations, stabilise housing tenancies and assist in sustained or stable involvement in employment and education.
