There are always going to be those days! Confidence comes when you know you have professional, efficient back up on hand when and where you need it. Our Onsite Shared Support is a shared service across multiple co–located independent apartments, which means we’re on call, but not in your way.
One option for people who are able to live alone is SDA with Onsite Shared Support. A group of participants might each have their own home on the same site and share onsite support for a limited number of hours per day. They’ll have regular supports in place but have the option to call the Onsite Shared Support for assistance when they need unplanned support.

Centacare offers 24/7 Onsite Shared Support at select Liverty apartments, ensuring that residents have the back up they need, where and when they need it. Centacare aligns with Liverty’s mission to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for tenants, supporting them in living fulfilling, self-directed lives within the community.
Our partner Enliven Housing provides premium and tailored SDA apartments so that participants can live their best independent lives. Centacare offers 24/7 Onsite Shared Support at select Enliven apartments, ensuring that residents have drop-in support as and when they need it.
