At Centacare, we take our promise that care is our calling seriously and are committed to continuous improvement of our services so we can support the best possible outcomes and experiences for the people we serve.
The purpose of the Consumer Advisory Committee is to advise Centacare on strategies to enhance consumer and community engagement and participation.
The Consumer Advisory Committee will be made up of people who have a genuine interest in the provision of high-quality and safe care and are:
Together the members will reflect the diversity of people who access Centacare services including aged care, NDIS and family and community services.
Current employees or those serving on Centacare Council or its committees are not eligible.
The advice and information provided by the Centacare Consumer Advisory Committee will be shared with the Quality, Safety and Client Committee of Centacare Council. Being a part of the group will be an opportunity to contribute to improving services and support for Centacare clients and the communities we serve.

To be considered for committee membership in 2026 please submit an expression of interest form by 29 March 2026.
Expressions of interest will remain open throughout the year, so we can invite additional participants to join the committee as opportunities arise.
