We can organise one of our experienced field officers to visit your home and carry out a detailed safety assessment looking at how you use and move around your home. If needed, we will recommend low cost, effective modifications such as ramps and rails that will help you feel safe and live independently in your own home, both now and in the future. We can also work with you to prioritise the work needed and map out a plan to help use your funding most efficiently.
