When you attend Melody Street Social and Community Hub, you’ll be welcomed by a group of friendly clients who love to socialise and make new friends. You’ll collaborate with your fellow clients at the centre and our caring team to design activities that are enjoyable and suited to your interests and help achieve your goals.
We’re located in close proximity to local bus stops, or if you need assistance with accessing our centre our team can pick you up and drop you home each day through our group transport service.
