If you're having difficulty working out how to divide money and property after separation, our Property Mediation service can support you. This service takes place in an impartial, safe space where you can amicably negotiate the distribution of money and property without needing to attend court. We will support both parties to have a constructive discussion and negotiation that ends in a fair resolution, so you can start taking steps to move on to the next chapter of your lives. You'll find us at our Fortitude Valley office, some with afterhours appointments available. If meeting in-person doesn't suit, we can conduct this service over the phone or via video technology. Parking is available at our Fortitude Valley office, or if you're catching public transport we are a 10-minute walk from Fortitude Valley train station and close to major bus stops.
