Legally Assisted Family Dispute Resolution

If you're finding it difficult to make sense of the legalities involved in separation, our Legally Assisted Mediation service can assist. You'll have a lawyer present during your session which allows you to discuss important matters relating to children and property in a legally informed way. You can attend the session with your existing lawyer, or we can help you find one. Please note both parties will need to have a lawyer present in order for the session to occur. Some afterhours appointments are available. If meeting in-person doesn't suit, we can conduct this service over the phone or via video technology. Parking is available at our Fortitude Valley office, or if you're catching public transport we are a 10-minute walk from Fortitude Valley train station and close to major bus stops.
