Managing challenging behaviours and changing habits can be tricky. The good news is that new behaviours can be learned and we can help. We will visit you in your home (or wherever you feel most comfortable) to get to know you and what’s important to you. We’ll create a holistic behaviour support plan based on your personal strengths, environment, health and wellbeing needs, and the things you like. We’ll work with the people who are important to you and step out the tools, techniques and positive strategies needed to support you to move confidently toward your goals.
If it’s your first time working with a behaviour support service, it can be hard to know what to expect. While everyone’s support needs are different, our process and approach will always include some important steps.
Our behaviour support specialists understand the NDIS and can help you get the funding and support you need to enjoy important relationships and being involved in your community and achieve your goals. Find out more about our comprehensive behaviour support needs Assessments.
Our behaviour support services can be accessed through Improved Relationships under the Capacity Building section of your NDIS plan.
